• The main bedroom has an ensuite and queen-size bed • The second bedroom has 2 long single beds that can join to form a King (request on booking) • A comfortable queen-sized sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests. • If you need to use this sofa bed, please request it at the time of booking • Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. • Lift to apartment floor from all levels including the carpark level. • Wheelchair access from ground floor entrance. • Stunning views from two large balconies with outdoor dining and lounge areas. • BBQ available on request - there is a cleaning charge of $50 if returned uncleaned . • Onsite parking for two vehicles (tandem) is free of charge.

Parkview Manly Apartments is on the border of Manly and Fairlight and a short walk to popular Fairlight Village. It's less busy than Manly and the local village shops include a supermarket, liquor shop, cafes, hairdressers, butcher, newsagent, chemist, homewares and medical centre. Manly and everything it has to offer is a short walk down Sydney Road. Please note the apartment is on a hill overlooking Manly - not too steep if you're reasonably fit. Buses regularly travel up and down Sydney Road should you not wish to walk.

Guest access is via a four digit access code. You can access the carparking, ground floor and level 2 where this apartment is located. Other residents from other floors in the building do not have access to level 2.

With bus stops outside your door, you can get just about anywhere. Walk to Manly Wharf and jump on the ferry to Sydney CBD to see the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Stop off at Watson's Bay or the Quarantine Station and take in views of Sydney Harbour and Sydney Heads. Jump on a bus and head further up the Northern Beaches stopping off at Warringah Mall or the many beaches along the way and further up to Palm Beach.
