The apartment sits on the Manly–Fairlight border, elevated above the beach strip — quieter and more residential, with spectacular views as a trade-off for the gentle uphill walk home. Fairlight Village is two minutes away: supermarket, cafes, butcher, chemist, homewares, and more. Manly's beach, bars, and wharf are an easy 10–15 minute walk down Sydney Road, or jump on the 144 bus from the stop outside. From Manly Wharf, the ferry to Sydney's Circular Quay takes around 30 minutes — one of the world's great harbour commutes. Buses also connect you north to Warringah Mall, Collaroy, and all the way to Palm Beach.
